Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times
Standard shipping takes 3–6 business days within the contiguous US. Free shipping is available on all orders over $35.
International
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every product with a 30-day pet satisfaction guarantee. If you or your pet aren't delighted, we'll make it right.
How to return
Contact us at hello@vervant.site with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label for eligible items and process your refund within 5 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? We're happy to exchange — just reach out and we'll arrange it.
